Commercial
Subscription and refunds
BEEZONE does not publish a price list. Every measured entity is quoted privately from a pricing matrix based on revenue band, employee count and the solution scope selected.
- Quotation. You capture the company details in the platform and receive a private quotation to review.
- Acceptance. The quotation is accepted inside the platform, which fixes the scope being licensed.
- Invoice. BEEZONE issues a VAT invoice. VAT is shown on the issued invoice, not on this website.
- Payment. Payment is by EFT against the invoice. Proof of payment is submitted in the platform.
- Activation. BEEZONE approves the payment and unlocks the selected scope for the licence period.
- Licence unit. One licence covers one measured company. Additional entities are quoted separately.
- Additional scope. Further elements, YES, Employment Equity or verification readiness are quoted as separate entitlements on the same workspace.
The full subscription, cancellation and refund terms that apply to your licence are set out in the Terms. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact info@bee-zone.co.za before settling it.
Security
How the platform is protected
BEEZONE holds workforce and financial information on behalf of its customers, and is treated as an operator under POPIA in respect of that information.
- Access control. Role-based access and access scope per user, within a workspace boundary per measured entity.
- Credentials. Passwords are hashed; authentication and session records are retained.
- Transport. Traffic to and from the platform is encrypted in transit.
- Audit records. Uploads, changes and security-relevant events are recorded.
- Incidents. Suspected security compromises are investigated and reported in line with POPIA. Report one to portia@bee-zone.co.za.

What BEEZONE results are, and are not
BEEZONE is not a SANAS-accredited verification agency. The platform generates calculations, indicative scorecards and recommendations from customer inputs and configured rules.
Those outputs are management information. They are not B-BBEE certificates, not verification conclusions and not decisions. An independently verified B-BBEE certificate can only be issued by an accredited verification agency.
