Revenue band
Annual turnover places the entity in a band. It also determines whether it is measured as an EME, a QSE or a Generic enterprise, which changes what the platform has to apply.
Pricing
Priced on your entity, not on a price list
BEEZONE does not publish rates. Every measured company is quoted privately from a matrix built on revenue band, employee count and the scope you select — then settled against a VAT invoice.
Private quotation
No public rates. Each measured entity is quoted on its own facts.
Matrix-based
Revenue band, employee count and the scope you select determine the quote.
One licence per company
Each measured entity has its own workspace, data and entitlements.
Invoice only
VAT invoice settled by EFT. No card payment, no online checkout.
What drives the number
Three inputs, one quotation
Two companies of the same size doing different things pay differently, because the work the platform has to do is different. The matrix reflects that.
Employee count
Headcount drives the Employment Equity product directly, and affects the scorecard work through Management Control and Skills Development.
Scope selected
A single element, the Complete Bundle, Employment Equity, YES or verification readiness — each is a separate entitlement and each is quoted on its own.

Good to know
How the commercials work
- Free to sign up. Verification agencies and B-BBEE consultants create a profile at no cost. You are quoted per client scope, or per QSE / Generic verification.
- VAT. Shown on the issued invoice, not on this website.
- Payment. EFT against the invoice, with proof of payment submitted in the platform. There is no card payment or online checkout.
- Additional entities. A licence covers one measured company. Each further entity is quoted separately.
- Additional scope. Elements, YES, Employment Equity and verification readiness can be added to an existing workspace as separate entitlements.
- Consulting. Advisory work is never bundled into a licence. It is scoped and quoted on its own.
